workshops
From time to time I run a longer community-based session usually at the weekend, lasting either for a half day (3 hours) or a full day (6 hours), during which time we can explore the different limbs of yoga in a lot more depth and detail.
Examples of workshops include exploring inversions, developing back bends, Using the Bandhas, Yoga Nidra.

to book
Whatever your needs are, they can be met in one-to-one situations. Some students like to place an emphasis on one aspect e.g. postures or meditation. In this setting, it is totally up to the student. This has been most useful for people who want a taster before joining a full class, or for people who prefer not to learn in a group, or for people with specific needs.

group yoga classes
Two classes a week are now being delivered online - please see timetable
My community classes are referred to as “drop-in” which means come when you can without obligation, and there is no need to book. I find this is better for most students with busy lives than courses with an up-front financial commitment. You only ever pay for the classes you attend.
Mats and props (blocks and belts) are always available, although most students eventually like to bring their own mat and blanket.
I keep in touch with students with any class updates via email, phone and online social media.

My online classes are convenient, enjoyable and enable you to practice anywhere in the world. They are especially welcome during bad weather. You just need space for your mat, in a quiet space with fewest distractions. I deliver my online classes and private lessons on Zoom,.
